Start with a narrow audience and geography, then review the proposed search strategy. IntelliReach’s strategy preview is a plan, not a list of companies already found. Starting an ordinary campaign can also enable email sending; it is not a universal “search only” button.
Create an IntelliReach account, or sign in to an existing account. Then open Campaigns in the dashboard. Registration is not a campaign launch.
Open Campaigns and Create New Campaign. Give the campaign a recognizable name. For example: construction companies in Kyiv that could need equipment rental. Choose the closest Business Category, refine the Business Subcategory where relevant, and set Country and Regions. Use Custom target when the available categories do not describe your audience. State exclusions and required characteristics explicitly.
Start with one business segment and one city so that a later result is easy to check. A detailed request narrows the task; it does not guarantee a fixed number of matching companies.
Read the audience, geography, filters, and suggested sources in the strategy preview. Correct an overly broad segment, a wrong city, or an unwanted source before proceeding. Depending on the brief and access, the plan can use the company database, web search, and Google Maps. Maps requires an active Professional plan. A source mentioned in a preview is not proof that a new result has been found.
Review every Email Sequence step, including subject, body, and follow-up delays. Also check the sender and sending settings. Saving campaign settings and starting a campaign are separate actions. Ready indicates that a campaign can be started; it does not mean that a search has finished or that the results have been approved by a person.
If your requirement is no emails to customers, stop at preparation and preview for an ordinary campaign. Do not use Start as a way to obtain a list for manual approval before sending. The Test Run label alone is not sufficient evidence of an isolated email test.
There is a separate, narrow manual-contact collection scenario for companies without their own website. It requires the explicit contact-purpose choice, uses a dedicated search policy, and disables automatic campaign email. It is not a general switch for every search. See the Google Maps guide before choosing that scenario.
After the required fields pass validation, click Create Campaign; when editing a saved campaign, click Update Campaign. The form closes and the saved campaign appears in the list. A newly saved campaign has the Ready status. Check its name and settings. This is the expected saved preparation state, not evidence of found companies. Leave Start untouched when no customer email is authorized.
To inspect data without launching a new campaign, open an existing campaign and its result details. Check a small sample against the requested business, city, website, phone, and available email. Open the company website where one is available and compare the contact details. Record missing or uncertain fields rather than filling them in by assumption.
Distinguish companies found, companies accepted by the search checks, available email addresses, queued messages, sent messages, and replies. These are different stages. A company result is not a verified sale or proof of successful delivery.
Free includes up to five created campaigns, up to 1,000 saved company results per campaign, 400 monthly credits, and one tracked inbox. These are separate limits; 1,000 results does not mean 1,000 free emails or 1,000 guaranteed matches. Review credits and sending capacity before launch.
Read the dated construction-search snapshot for an example of search data, not a customer revenue case. Use the data-quality checklist, Google Maps guide, credits and capacity guide, and full user guide for the next steps. IntelliReach overview.
