As checked on 17 October 2026, IntelliReach Free includes 400 credits per month. A campaign email costs 1 credit when queued; AI improvement costs 30 credits per requested body or subject draft, and a style review costs 20 credits per subject or body. These actions share the credit balance.
| Plan | Monthly USD | Monthly UAH | Credits per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | ₴0 | 400 |
| Basic | $13 | ₴550 | 2,500 |
| Professional (Pro) | $25 | ₴1,000 | 5,000 |
These are the published plan amounts, not currency conversions calculated for this article. Check the live pricing cards and selected checkout currency before paying. Buying extra credits increases the balance; it does not change the subscription or unlock Professional-only Google Maps search.
| Action | Credit cost | What to count |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign email | 1 | Each email placed in the sending queue, including a follow-up when queued |
| AI body improvement | 30 × requested drafts | Each new request; repeating the action costs credits again |
| AI subject improvement | 30 × requested drafts | Charged separately from the body |
| Style and quality review | 20 | One subject or body variant per review |
Queued is not the same as delivered or opened. An email credit does not buy a reply or guarantee Inbox placement. A failed queue insertion has a credit rollback path; do not assume that every later delivery failure automatically refunds the credit. Subscription credits are consumed before purchased credits. This table covers campaign queueing and these editor actions, not a promise that every other feature is free.
The search ceiling limits new company results. It does not guarantee that a search finds 1,000 companies, and previously stored results are not deleted when the limit applies.
Suppose you request one improved body and one improved subject, review each once, and queue an initial email to 100 recipients. AI work is 30 + 30 + 20 + 20 = 100 credits. The initial emails add 100 credits, giving 200 credits in this example. If all 100 recipients later receive one queued follow-up, that adds 100, for 300 credits in total. From a 400-credit balance, 100 would remain if no other charged actions occurred.
This is arithmetic, not a campaign quote or a completed sending test. Follow-ups may stop after a reply or be held by eligibility checks. Repeating both draft improvements once adds another 60 credits. Count actual queued emails and actual AI requests rather than multiplying the number of saved companies by a supposed all-inclusive price.
Your plan controls feature access, the balance funds chargeable actions, and mailbox/campaign limits control timing and capacity. A larger balance does not bypass warm-up, mailbox eligibility, provider restrictions or daily sending controls. If sending is unavailable, check the balance, subscription access, mailbox status and campaign schedule separately.
