IntelliReach combines company discovery and email outreach. A saved company result means that a record was admitted to a campaign. It does not by itself prove that every contact is current, an email will reach the inbox, or the company will become a customer.

Where do company results come from?

The search plan can combine the company database, web search, and Google Maps, depending on the brief, source availability, and account access. Google Maps requires an active Professional plan. The plan describes intended sources; the companies actually saved depend on the execution and checks. An existing database record is not evidence of a new web check on the day you read it.

What does “verified” mean?

  • Found: a source returned a possible company or contact.
  • Accepted by search checks: the company record passed the applicable admission rules. Some records can remain pending further validation.
  • Email checked: address-level verification has separate status, reason, and safety fields where available. This is different from confirming the company’s business or location.
  • Sent: a message passed the sending workflow. This alone does not establish inbox placement.
  • Reply or sale: a later outcome requiring its own evidence; it cannot be inferred from a found or verified email.

Do not apply one verified label to all five stages. A catch-all domain, a role address, missing verification, or an old contact requires more review. No check guarantees future deliverability or a reply.

How to read missing fields, verification dates, and rechecks

Available means that a value is stored; it does not mean it is verified. Missing means that the record has no value. Invalid or unsafe means that the email check did not classify the address as safe to send. Unknown or unchecked means there is no usable completed verification evidence; do not interpret it as valid or invalid merely because a field is empty.

The email’s stored last-updated date concerns the verification record. It is not the date when every company field was refreshed, and it does not certify that the address still works today. During sending preparation, the current verification service requests a check for unchecked addresses and addresses whose stored check date is more than 120 days old. It can reuse a more recent checked status instead of calling the provider again. This is a cache rule, not a promise to refresh every contact every 120 days. A provider error is not a new successful verification; review the resulting status and date together.

Verification uses external provider capacity, but a separate end-user credit price for an email check or recheck has not been confirmed in this guide. Do not assume that verification is a free standalone action or that one sending credit buys a verification. Consult the billing guide and confirm the terms for your intended workflow before relying on a price.

Why can fields be missing?

A business can have a Maps listing or a phone number without publishing an email or a website. Some pages cannot be accessed, the available text may be incomplete, and the result may need additional validation. An empty field means the information is unavailable in that record; it does not establish that it does not exist anywhere.

For the dedicated companies-without-a-website scenario, IntelliReach checks website evidence under a separate policy. “Not found after checking” describes the checks performed; it is not a permanent guarantee that a business has no website. The manual-contact option allows collection without automatic campaign email. It is not a general search-only mode.

How are duplicates handled?

The system resolves company identity and keeps one campaign result per company identifier. Search processing also uses normalized identity keys and can exclude companies from selected prior campaigns. These mechanisms reduce repeated records; they do not prove that differently named branches, changed domains, or incomplete records can never appear as duplicates. Review the company name, location, website, and contact details together.

A short review checklist

  1. Compare the business and city with the original request.
  2. Open the stated company website or source and check who owns the contact details.
  3. Review available email verification evidence; treat unknown values as unknown.
  4. Compare likely duplicates using more than a company name.
  5. Count companies, available addresses, sent messages, and replies separately.

Use a small sample first. The dated construction-search snapshot illustrates a recorded search state, not a guarantee for a new campaign or a customer revenue case.

What do Free limits mean?

Free allows up to 1,000 saved company results per campaign and up to five created campaigns. The ceiling is not a promise to find 1,000 companies. Duplicates, rejected candidates, source availability, geography, and the brief affect the final count. Credits and sending capacity are separate from the saved-result limit.
