What this example is

This is a real test-search data snapshot checked on 16 October 2026, not a customer sales case or a completed experiment. The campaign was still marked running and in test mode. It has no recorded email sends in either sending-record representation.

The search request and geography

The stored search settings targeted construction, engineering and building-service companies across Ukraine, with a company website required and offline/local or hybrid business preferences. No city, narrower subcategory or exact business type was selected. These are the configured search criteria, not a claim that every accepted company specializes in heating or is a qualified buyer.

What the records contain

  • 8,329 candidate evaluations in the recorded database and web source executions. This is an evaluation counter, not a count of unique companies; repeated candidates may occur.
  • 2,089 distinct company records accepted by the search.
  • 1,890 distinct stored email addresses after trimming and case normalization; all have a stored checked flag.
  • 631 distinct addresses have both a positive safe-to-send flag and an identified verification provider, with a check date in the preceding 120 days.
  • 0 recorded email sends for this campaign.

Why these numbers are not a conversion funnel

The source-execution counters span different attempts and revisions. They do not reconcile directly with the current accepted-company collection. A reliable unique-candidate total is not available in this snapshot, so dividing accepted companies by 8,329 would not establish an acceptance rate. Stored email records may have been reused from the company database rather than newly discovered or checked during this campaign.

What positive verification means here

The 631-address count requires checked and safe-to-send flags, a Reoon or No2Bounce provider record, and a check date from 18 June through 16 October 2026. The 120-day window follows the current verification service's reuse period. It is not proof of delivery today, recipient interest, consent, or readiness to send without the other campaign and mailbox checks. Older positive flags are excluded from this recent-check count.

How to use the example

Review company relevance, contact availability, verification date and sending eligibility separately. This example demonstrates how to read search records and their limitations. It establishes no reply rate, qualified-opportunity count, sales outcome or comparison with another tool.
